This week I started going to the local Apple Store, taking advantage of the One to One class and workshops they offer, as well as watching the tutorials from the website. I am amazed and excited at the possibilities contained in this thin aluminum frame. During the next few months you can expect to see some upgrades as I practice and apply this marvelous technology!
During the chaotic moving in days of January, I gave myself the flimsy and flexible goal of going to my studio at least 5 preferably 6 days a week, and spending a minimum of 20 hours there. At first I wasn't particularly keeping track of time, but for sure I went there daily. Now I am writing down my hours and keeping brief notes of work done. That is really helping me to develop a schedule and boost my sense of accomplishment.
Also this week I've been preparing for a one day Festival of Arts being held on Sunday (tomorrow already) at my church, Westminster Presbyterian.
