The Heart of Gold series was inspired by two things. The initial inspiration came from the desire to be included in The Metal Show at the Sideshow Emporium in Dolores, CO. The true and continuous inspiration for the series is found in 1Peter 1:6-7 which likens tests of faith to gold being purified by fire. I have found that many love relationships come with challenges and trials, but also become more precious, and beautiful.
