Seeds & Suns
The Seed Series happened in 2009 after moving back to California from Colorado. At first I was depressed and felt like an uprooted tree, until a series of events occurred that made me realize that I'm a seed! Receiving this image of myself was a gift and almost instantly healed me! If you like, you may read about it here.
Suns have been showing up in my work since early on and symbolize my relationship or connection with that which is greater than myself. The seed and the sun symbol can be interchangeable in some images.
